








Dr. Matthew Welter came to Cache Valley in 2005 from his home state of Wisconsin, where he also completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He brought with him to Logan his love of medicine, as well as his love of cheese and Wisconsin sports especially the Green Bay Packers. Dr. Welter is a board certified Family Medicine physician and is available to treat patients of all ages.
Kevin Duke, DO grew up in Perry, Utah and graduated from Box Elder High School. He graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1994. He attended medical school from 1995-1999 in Missouri at A.T. Still University. He accomplished a three year family practice residency program in 2002 in Mesa, Ariz. He returned to Cache Valley in 2002 and has practiced family medicine in Providence, Utah ever since.

A Cache Valley native, Savannah Alder, FNP, has always had a passion for caring for others. With five years of hands-on experience in perioperative and medical-surgical nursing before becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2020, she brings both skill and compassion to her practice. She thrives on building strong relationships with her patients, believing that the best healthcare decisions come from collaboration between provider and patient. Whether she’s caring for a newborn, an aging grandparent, or anyone in between, Savannah is dedicated to delivering personalized, thoughtful care.
Beyond her work in healthcare, Savannah finds joy in creativity and connection. She loves crafting, diving into board games with friends and family, and staying active—especially when it means keeping up with her two lively little girls.
Jennifer Mosteller is a nationally dual board certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with both AANP and ANCC. Additionally, she is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and has additional education and training in obesity management through the Obesity Medical Association. She completed her MSN from the University of Cincinnati, graduating from the Family Nurse Practitioner program with honors.
Jen enjoys building relationships with her patients and their family members and is committed to helping others pursue better health results. She loves the opportunity to work with a variety of patients across the life span and provide education and treatment options that allow them to make the best decisions for their health and wellbeing. Additional primary care experience includes diabetes management, adolescent health, mental health, preventative care, weight loss, nutrition, and women’s health.
Aaron joined Living Tree Medical Group in March of 2022. Previous to that, he co-directed an urgent care in Salt Lake County. He graduated from Elon University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2021. Aaron is an alumni of Utah State University, having received his Bachelor’s in Spanish Studies in 2016.
Aaron is excited to serve Cache Valley as an urgent care provider. He believes that urgent care facilities benefit communities by lowering emergency room visits for certain medical conditions.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys road cycling and camping. He has two children and is excited to raise them with his wife in Cache Valley.

Matt Morrell is a board-certified Physician Assistant excited to live and serve in Cache Valley with the Living Tree Medical Group. Matt completed his formal medical training at Saint Louis University. After school, Matt continued to live and work in St. Louis, specializing in pediatric emergency medicine. Matt has experience treating patients across the lifespan, including extensive clinical experience in orthopedics. Matt loves helping patients return to full activity and good health after any unexpected event or illness. With family ties to Logan and an undergraduate degree from USU (Go Aggies!), Matt is thrilled to be back in Cache Valley and is here to provide excellent, evidence-based care to you and your loved ones.
When he’s outside of the clinic, Matt is likely watching Cardinals baseball, playing in the backyard with his wife and two little boys, or enjoying the outdoors in this beautiful Valley!
Originally from Heber City, Utah, Drew Thurman enjoys staying active through basketball, triathlons, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and trying to keep up with his wife and five children. He values a healthy lifestyle and brings that same passion for wellness to his patients.
Drew is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on primary care. He earned degrees from Brigham Young University, Weber State University, and the University of Missouri. His nursing background includes experience in cardiovascular care, surgery, and home health.
Drew is especially dedicated to preventive medicine, working with patients to improve their health and prevent long-term complications.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Gina provides comprehensive healthcare services for patients of all ages, with a focus on prevention, wellness, and personalized treatment plans that support lifelong health.
With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, including over 20 years as a Registered Nurse, Gina brings extensive clinical expertise and a deep commitment to caring for individuals and families. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification in October 2025, she expanded her ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across the lifespan.
Gina believes healthcare is most effective when patients feel heard, respected, and involved in their care decisions. Her approach combines professionalism, compassion, and a welcoming atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable discussing their health concerns and goals.

Brenan Godfrey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful and lasting change. He believes that healing happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward. His primary goal is to help clients elicit healthy change, strengthen relationships, and experience greater emotional well-being.
Brenan works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, family conflict, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, and neurodiversity-related concerns.
His therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused, drawing from evidence-based practices including Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and family systems approaches. Brenan strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can identify their strengths, develop practical skills, and build lasting resilience.
Outside of the office, he enjoys playing pickleball, winning in Super Smash Bros., spending time outdoors, and occasionally enjoying a classic McDouble. He considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue growth, healing, and healthier relationships.
